Can you find accommodation in xyz location or refer me to accommodation in the area?

The website has been built to make your search as simple as possible. All you have to do is to complete one single enquiry form, fill in all the required details, ( you can add additional requirements in the comment area! ) and within just a few hours, and for the following 2 days, you will receive many replies from establishments,offering you accommodation for the type of accomodation you have selected, and within your budget and the city /area that you have requested.

Need to arrange a large booking, with extras required, or have a large group and need some help?

IIf your booking value is R30,000 or more or you are searching for group accommodation, ( 8 or more persons ) and need accommodation in other host cities, require transport, including flights, want to book local tourist activities, go on sight seeing tours , play golf or book good restaurants, you can get this all arranged for you at the best prices available by contacting scott@ascottours.co.za.

I have made a payment but need to cancel my booking. How do I make the cancellation?
Please contact the establishment directly. Contact details have been provided to you upon your acceptance of a booking. Your cancellation and costs incurred will be determined by the establishments own terms and conditions. Please contact support@worldcup-accommodation.co.za should you have any difficulties in contacting the establishment or require assistance.

I have asked questions to an establishment and have had no reply.
The system monitors responses automatically and an email is generated to the establishment if they do not respond within 24 hours. Our support staff are also notified and if this email is not responded to they will make direct contact with the establishment to see what the problem is.
