The submitted enquiry is forwarded to all establishments registered with www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za in the selected area and for the preferred type of accommodation being searched for by the ENQUIRER.

ESTABLISHMENTS, on receipt of the enquiry notification,and depending on their availability and requested budget price and details filled in by the ENQUIRER, can decide whether they reply i.e. "make an accommodation offer!", to the ENQUIRER.

If details supplied by Enquirer are not acceptable to the Establishment, they can also choose not to make an offer. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO NOTIFY ANYONE SHOULD YOU HAVE NO AVAILABILTY OR DO NOT WISH TO REPLY TO AN ENQUIRY RECEIVED FROM OUR WEBSITE.

The ENQUIRER will receive replies FOR 24 HOURS ONLY from ESTABLISHMENTS in the area, and also offering the type of accommodation i.e. “SELF CATERING”, that he has requested.

ENQUIRER will receive an e-mail and link to online view of your establishment, containing all the details of your Establishment, as you have entered when registering.

It is important that you make your description as detailed and informative as possible, so as to create interest for the Enquirer, and there by encourage him to book at your establishment.

He will also see your 3 best images/pictures that you have added, when registering.

For 24 hours, after the Enquirer has posted his requirements, he will receive many offers from Establishments in the area chosen.
TO BE FIRST IN LINE WITH YOUR OFFER, YOU ARE ADVISED TO REPLY ASAP.

Your offer is valid and binding for 2 days, (ie you must provisionally reserve this offer should enquirer confirm the booking with your establishment within this period)
Enquirer will most likely ignore and delete the offers received that are higher than his budget requested, and consider only those lower price offers for Establishments within suitable localities, that he favours.

He will then be able to either book with an ESTABLISHMENT or enter into email correspondence with selected ESTABLISHMENTS, to ask them questions and to receive clarifying answers.

NB, No contact details between either the ENQUIRER OR ESTABLISHMENT WILL BE ALLOWED (until the confirmation of booking stage), and all correspondence will be directed via www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za.

The majority of ENQUIRERS are looking for the best price in their budget range as selected, and are generally not interested in more expensive accommodation with the added luxury, trimmings and costs, and with the corresponding extremely high daily rates, as per currently being quoted by many ESTABLISHMENTS.

Once an ENQUIRER has chosen an ESTABLISHMENT, www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za, will advise the Establishment of this confirmed booking.

Your contract with our website, now becomes binding.

The ENQUIRER AND ESTABLISHMENT contact details will only then be advised to both parties.

ESTABLISHMENTS must then forward an invoice to the ENQUIRER, Including information regarding their payment options available for accepting the deposit or full payment. (as per ESTABLISHMENT own terms and conditions as entered when registering ), to confirm this booking.

ESTABLISHMENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING AND RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT DIRECTLY FROM THE GUEST

Simultaneously, an invoice from www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za will be sent to the ESTABLISHMENT.
This invoice is for the payment of the booking commission/referral due,
plus,

An admin fee of R228 (vat inclusive) per property as registered on the website is due only when your first confirmed booking is received from our website.
The standard basic commission due for all confirmed bookings, will be 10 % plus Vat ( ie 11.4 % in total ), calculated on the total booking amount for the entire period of the stay.

The ESTABLISHMENT will receive either the full deposit or total payment directly from ENQUIRER, depending on the ESTABLISHMENTS booking terms and conditions

The total amount due for the booking is paid directly by the ENQUIRER to the ESTABLISHMENT.

Within 14 days of receipt of booking from our website, the ESTABLISHMENT must pay the 11.4% commission ( and bedroom admin fee for first booking only ) to the banking account of www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za.

This commission fee is payable in full and is calculated on the entire total booking amount as per each confirmed booking provided to the Establishment.

This referral/commission fee is non refundable and not negotiable!

No deductions or short payments of commission or admin fees, will be allowed for any reason including, amended enquirer booking dates, non arrival, guest payment disputes or credit card charge backs, non payment of charges due for any service, between Establishments and Enquirers/Guests.

Once listed as a Standard Establishment, it is possible for you to upgrade your listing to a, Premium Featured Establishments Registration ( to see example on website, click Cape Town, see Alpha du Cap under Bed and Breakfast, Cape Town)

All Featured Establishments are allowed to display their trading name, a picture and additional details. This information is seen by enquirers and they can make an enquiry directly to you via the website (restraining conditions apply regarding divulging contact details ). You will also still receive all the enquiries posted for your area,as per standard listings and can make an offer. .

As your offers are VALID AND BINDING FOR 2 DAYS, you are advised to carefully monitor your Rates and replies as sent out via www.worldcup-accommodation.co.za

All offers sent by you to an Enquirer, are valid and binding for 2 days.

During this period, the enquirer will receive many enquiries from different establishment, and will then select his preferred establishment, enter into correspondence to ask questions if necessary, confirm and book.

You will have to honour all bookings if confirmed within the 2 days, as well as pay the referral fee for the booking, and then find and pay for suitable alternative accommodation for the cancelled guests booking.

Therefore, do not send overlapping or same date offers within the 2 day period,
